So I scheduled my appointment weeks in advance at 1:00 pm wrote it on my calendar took time of work and when I get there the place is closed with a sign saying they will come back at 1:30. I talked to someone who was just getting there and they say that they don’t even have our names on the appointments schedule. I even checked my call log to make sure I was at the right place and I had call them twice to schedule the appointment and then to give my daughters and my insurance.

This place looks just like the rest of Zarzamora. The security guard outside is a clear indication of what you are about to walk into. The waiting room has 10 chairs with maybe 10 feet space of waiting room. You have a 1990's tv that has, Beverley Hills Chihuahua, playing on a loop. The wood wall decorations remind me of that of a run down trailer park. They out posters on the wall to make it look better...but it's still pretty sad looking. Update: The front lady staff is pretty awesome!

Tuve una experiencia horrible con la señora encargada de ahi,me cobraron 185 dolares por agregar transicion a mis lentes, cuando yo recomiendo a mi amiga a este lugar a ella le cobraron 125 dolares por la transision de sus lentes y tenemos la misma aseguranza, y era la misma situacion solo que la mujer o lo que sea ,no me quiso devolver la diferencia de 60 dolares ,ademas de que adopto una actitud muy agresiva alegando estupideces para no devolverme mi dinero,no recomiendo este lugar.se nota que ni siquiera tiene educacion E... read more
