I was assured I needed two pairs of glasses, one for computer and one for everything else, which cost $800. A screw kept coming out of one pair of the glasses, causing a lens to fall out. When I called to have the problem fixed, they said they could not fix it because I bought their least expensive frame. They offered me only a discount on one of their more expensive frames.
