Gave me glasses with a big flaw on a lens. One gal working to fit frames on me seemed clueless and kept asking a co-worker (optician, I think) for help. The gal then jammed some frames so hard on my face it made me wince. Optometrist is ok, sales staff are hopeless.
This place is the worst! The counter personnel are rude and have no clue what they are doing, especially the fat old guy. They told me things were not covered by my insurance when they actually were. They also gave me glasses with the lenses installed upside down!
