I have been going to this location for years and their reliable service and expertise will keep me going back!
The service I received at this location was very unpleasant. I wasted $300 buying 6-months' worth of contacts from this location, that were never corrected, even when I brought the issue to the attention of the Optometrist. I was much better off just sticking to regular prescription eyeglasses. This location seems to be more concerned about money than actual good customer service. I won't be returning. This is my first and last time trying MyEyeDr.
My experience was the best. I bought a pair of cute frames because I broke my glasses. I came in panicked and stressed. The whole staff was amazing but Gianna really helped me. She was very helpful. Resse was helpful in helping me to select the best frames and Lashara helped me calm down and scheduled me for my appointment. The service alone is worth my repeat business. I'm calling Giana when I get my second pair.
