Doctors are great but wild inconsistency between nurses for cost of materials. First time it was $15 for materials and got a heap of stuff to take away and well bandaged up. Went back for a would check and they had a student do it. No problem, they have to learn somehow. It was his first time doing a dressing change and a complete mess but using a fraction of the materials that had I done myself would have cost less than $5 and done a better job. 11.45 appointment. Now it is 1pm. Still not us and my son is hungry and painful WAITING to be called!!!
Was finally able to convince a very unwell loved one to visit their GP here. Receptionist is cold on arrival. Dr Kent was very uninterested in what we had to say. Didn’t take blood pressure or weight after loved one hadn’t been seen in years. Cared more about farming information than the actual medical problems being reported. Received blood test results back, has abnormalities and still unwell if not declining health. Had no follow up from doctor. This clinic is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, The doctors and staff go based on want to do and not in professional manner. Doctors and receptionist are lazy, late and don’t care about their patients time and wellbeing just money. I could go into more detail but there are plenty of review of their poor service. Don’t waste your money and time here people.
