I had an overall great experience here. My appointment was for a general health exam for visa paperwork. I had no issues with the receptionist who worked quickly but did not come across as cold at all imo. The nurse was extremely kind and easy to work with. I did have to wait a few minutes longer than expected for the doctor to be ready. But compared to where I'm coming from it was still relatively prompt. Zero ability to troubleshoot or problem solve by the receptionist to solve an extremely simple issue. Instead generic response “Book an appt”. Suppose it increases revenue.
Very disappointing experience. My family and I have been patients at this clinic for over 25 years, so it’s frustrating to be treated this way over something that wasn’t caused by me. I attempted to request a repeat prescription through the online portal, but the system wasn’t working. Because of that, I ended up booking a phone appointment to request for meds.
