I am writing to express my frustration with the consistently long waiting times for appointments. It is extremely disappointing and unreasonable to wait an hour or more past the scheduled time to see a doctor. What is the purpose of making an appointment if it cannot be honored within a reasonable timeframe? A waiting period of 15 to 20 minutes is understandable, but anything beyond that is excessive and disrespectful to patients’ time. Dr Marhoon is an excellent doctor and l am so happy with the nurse who helped my elderly mum and me so many times and has rang to follow up how she is progressing. The receptionist Rayaan is a very pleasant and helpful person. Service l have received is second to none.
Firstly, I want to say that Dr. Marhoon is an excellent doctor. However, my 1-star review is due to the behavior of one of the receptionists. She is a middle-aged Asian lady who is consistently rude and aggressive, displaying very unprofessional behavior.
My multiple experiences with this clinic have been nothing short of completely unhelpful. I went in today to apply for a HPR certificate. Hind during the appointment was not helping at all, did not seem compassionate nor willing to understand my circumstances. When I had told her I needed her to help fill out a HPR form, she seemed actually quite agitated and upset at my request.
