Excellant, Empathetic, Caring Dr. Chrobak takes time to actually LISTEN to what you have to say. He looks at the BIG picture of all your symptoms and formulates a plan not only for your short term needs, but also for any long term needs you will have. He will explain it as many times or different ways until you completely understand what is going on with your body. He GENUINELY cares about each and every patient as if they were his own family.
Same Day Appt Same day appt are great...esp with sick kids!!!My only problem w/Chrobaks office is .... where most Dr. offices will go over (certain) test results over the phone they expect you to come IN for everything-which I don't always feel is necessary,and with rising gas prices I think you need to be willing to give where you can and doing this could also cut down on the wait time(although theres been times Ive gotten right in-theres been others where Ive waited over an hour-which is rediculous)All in all-good though!
Drug Testing My husband has to get drug tested for his job. He hates it and is sometimes rude. Since he started going to Dr. Chrobak he complains less and says the office workers are nice.
Insurance Dr. Chrobak's Office now takes Aetna and Anthem Insurance - Thank You! It is difficult to find someone who takes both of these and my husband and I don't want to switch doctors!
What Health Care Should Be! Dr. Chrobak cares for my children like they are his own! He has always made time in his schedule to see one of us and gets us in the same day! I left my old doctor because I was tired of feeling like I was bothering him - the girls at the front desk were rude on the phone and in person. Dr. Chrobak and is office staff are always professional - love them! I hate going to doctor, but he realy makes it a good experience!!!!!!!
Thumbs up! I found Dr. Chrobak in the phone book. He has given our family (we have seven kids) excellent care. His staff is very helpful - I always have insurance questions. I would recommend him to anyone!
new building The new building is great because it is right across from the hospital. Everything is right there so it makes it nice for people who have to have different tests done or have to see different doctors. The office is huge!
Quality Care I have has some unexplained health problems over the last two years. I have been to many doctors and went to Dr. Chrobak for another opinion. He took the time to help me understand my condition and referred me to the appropriate physician. I will always be grateful to him.
Too Long of a Wait I don't like this place because even if there is only a couple people in the office the wait time is unexcusable. The receptionist isn't very friendly and the waiting area and rooms are dreary and make you feel tired or bored. They need some light music and brighter lights to make this place feel friendly and inviting.
