Splendid first experience. I have rare genetic disorder. Doctors in the past (Nebraska) have refused service due to this; I left this office feeling confident and with a handful or referrals. Thank you for giving me a renewed faith in the medical community!
Terrible experience. They waste your time on the phone like over 20 minutes then they tell you we don’t have any appointments available today . I dont recommend to nobody!
I got a referral on the 26 of December for ENT which I REALLY NEED!! My appointment is today…. They NEVER submitted my referral to TRICARE!!! ENT will not see me until my insurance is approved or I pay $800 for the appointment because they have to run a scope. You cannot call the office directly, I have called several times and they refuse to let me talk to the doctors office. They said a message has been sent to my primary care.
