I had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was courteous and efficient, and my wait time was less than five minutes. The nurse was professional, friendly, and very easy to talk to—I truly felt like a person, not just a patient. I saw NP Jennilyn Simmons, and she was excellent. She listened carefully to everything I had to say and was able to order labs, X-rays, and anything else needed. I was able to complete the labs in the office, which only took a few minutes as well. I see a lot of doctors these days. I've even seen a couple at this office. All are good. Amazing even... Jennilyn Simmons though is a cut above. She seems to genuinely care instead of just trying to get me out of the office. When I had some unexpected health challenges, she spent so much time with me working through solutions. I feel very well cared for. Also on a practical note, she and the rest of the office are awesome at responding to mychart messages. It's a great way to have a dialog about health issues.
I thought I had finally found a great doctor’s office. NP Jennilyn Simmons seemed very attentive and kind. However, at my last well visit, she asked about getting my annual mammogram. I told her that my last one required an ultrasound due to dense breast tissue. She recommended a specific place to get it done. Simple. I called this morning to see about getting set up as a new patient for a specific concern and Francois was so pleasant and helpful. The ease of making this appointment was amazing.
Didn’t call back, no email, no online access to MyChart after blood work to let me know about my test results.
