I have been a patient here with Dr.Pfenning for years. I recently moved to the coast where Emory is not available and tried another Doctor. BIG MISTAKE. I won’t go into too much detail but just know that I switched back and would rather do virtual visits or drive 5 hours to get my services here. I have received nothing but CARE here. From Leslie at the front desk to NP Simmons, to Dr. Pfenning. I have never had a bad or painful experience here.

Jennilyn Simmons is hands down one of the best that my mother has had. The way she hears the problem and won’t stop until she gets a solution . She is caring and never rushes you out of the office . I would suggest that Military Veterans go to her because of her passion . She follows up to make sure everything is going well . Her interpersonal relationship with her patients is truly rare.The staff is also very friendly and helpful. The office space is always clean . Parking is very easy and accessible for wheelchairs .
