I don't know why they post negative reviews, but from my personal point of view. Me, my younger sister and our mother have been seeing Doctor Faizul for all of our dental needs, and we’ve always had a great experience. We have been going to him since 2018. I had a root canal and crowning done, my sister got braces, a root canal, and whitening, and my mother had stone crushing and cleaning. Worst Experience Ever !. I called the Doctor Office for a personal Service. The representative took my information and never called me back the next day. When I called her after 2 days, she said she called my insurance and they never pick up the phone. She then mention that I need to contact my insurance and ask them the co-pay and other information then get back to them. So as my understanding, she wants me to find the information. If this is the case, what are they doing there in the office? seriously !
