Nice and considerate staff. I had a cleaning session and the hygienist did a very good job cleaning and polishing my teeth. Very satisfied with the services provided at North Shore Center.
As usual Eva did a great job of cleaning my pearly whites! During the process I am entertained with great conversation, one sided because my jaw is wide open and I can't speak; but when I'm finished and walk out the door, I feel sooooo clean that I seriously need to suppress the urge to ask folks if they would like to lick my teeth hahahahaha!!!!!!
Had a emergency for discomfort and pain & my usual dentist had a family emergency and was unavailable. They were nice enough to see me right away, on the same day. The first thing I noticed even when calling was the friendliness and immediate understanding of my situation. When I walked-in the very friendly atmosphere continued, I was greeted and taken into a separate room to fill out patient information on a laptop. if y'all are fearful like I am, if you hate going to the dentist like I do, Northshore has something for that . A kind word, a joke, a mirror ( metaphorically) to view you fears. By the time you leave I must admit, it hurt, sometimes, but you leave with a smile because all those folks take good care of all of you. And, whatever ailed you is fixed😁

Excellent care from the moment you step into the office. From the front office staff to EVA to Dr. Chris. Thanks everyone for taking care of me....even while I was suffering with a sore throat and oncoming cold. Happy holiday to you all!
