I had a procedure that was new to me. The assistant explained the process and answered my questions. Dr. B. took his time, allowed for breaks, and was affirming along the way. The visit was not as bad as I had anticipated! All was smooth. I’m a happy 20+ year patient.
I had full dental x-rays, semiannual teeth cleaning and check up. My appointment was at 5:40 pm and I was out just before 6:00 pm. The Technician and Doctor where very friendly and thorough. I highly recommend there service.
I write this review realizing that going to the dentist is not always a pleasant experience for people. I had a dental emergency and my regular dentist is about a hour and a half away from where I live now. I called Northshore Center of Dental Health to see if they could squeeze me in last minute and they agreed to examine the issue to make sure there was no immediate harm. When I arrived at the Dental Office I was greeted by a representative. After a short wait I was asked to come into a examination room by a friendly staff member. Within minutes, Dr. Baboulas came in with a warm smile, and helped me with my issue. I was very pleased with the entire visit.
North Shore Dental is the greatest practice ever. Dr. B is always on time, never late, quick to do a filling, a magician with the novacaine needle, painless, friendly and cordial. His assistant Natalia is very professional, knows what she is doing, and beautiful. They have the latest equipment.Eva, another real professional, cleaned my teeth with no discomfort.
