I have had a doctor perform disability discrimination against me from this practice. I have always driven. I was recently diagnosed with Autism and ADHD. Dr Zackery Bukhari has refused to complete my Vic roads form to allow me to RE-GAIN my licence after receiving my diagnosis at the age of 45. I have driven since I was 18.... now, Dr Bukhari refuses to submit my paperwork, charged me for 2 DOUBLE APPOINTMENTS, and failed to give me the eye test results or the vic roads paperwork back.
