Made an appointment as I am suffering from anxiety. Called 1:56 minutes prior to appointment to reschedule as I was too anxious to leave home. I was told by the receptionist that I even though only 4 mins past I would incure a $50 fee for not giving 2 hours notice . The best GP clinic I’ve ever been to. I have a relatively complicated health history for my age but every GP I’ve seen has been at this clinic has been incredibly helpful at addressing all my needs. I’ve been seeing Dr Sophie Carter for a few years and she is so thorough and proactive at every appointment. She always provides fantastic information resources and clearly stays up to date with her evidence based approach. Worth every dollar!
