Super happy with this office. Dr. Chin is great. The office is clean and organized. The front desk has always been pleasant. Minimal wait times for my appointments. MyChart the online portal is amazing I directly communicate with Dr. chin and see my test results real time. Happy I established care here (:
The office is clean and organised. The medical doctors do there job, the problems starts with medical assistants and front desk. Communication between patients and medical doctors via email is done by unproffecional medical assistants. Medical assistants might slightly improve your blood test results with there connections to laboratories. There is very funny game "who would you make you believe " into unbelievable. It is very hard to reach medical doctors in Saint Johns Providence.
Very friendly and professional. Dr. Farazha has been my primary physician for may years. Responds to my e-mails immediately. Test results are available usually within 24 hours. Takes her time with patients. She's as good as it gets in the medical field!
Its like your happy you got sick
This company doesn’t have an email to comunicate. They missed a payment I have already done, they ask for a proof but you have to send either by fax (!) or by mail. No email. And they don’t want to double check first in their account. I bear the burden of the proof, and should be an happy customer. Shameful and stupid.
