Nice remodel I guess but absolutely not impressed with new staff! Except doctor and girl working in doctors area! 'Manager' and floor staff have a lot to learn! Worst experience so far, appointment at 3:40pm didn't leave until 6pm! Staff seemed uninterested, not sure they exactly know how their systems work and how to provide good customer care! Also you all charge way too much, probably will go somewhere else going forward!
Visit was okay but doctor didn’t sign prescription form and when I ordered glasses online they asked for that. I sent them a note to look up my patient form.
Very professional and pleasant experience.
