Nice people but took forever. Also, suggestion for younger kids to have them be shown what they will be doing on a practice round before having to look into the machine to read lines.
Everyone was very nice and they ran on time and efficient. The doctor was extremely helpful with my questions and pleasant to talk to. I usually go to America’s Best but I’ll definitely be going to Lens Crafters from now on. They also have a bigger selection of eye glasses than America’s Best
Two things: (1.) I ordered tortoise shell frames. What I got is essentially black with a couple of flecks of brown. I went back in the next day to see what could be done. I was told, "Well, we could 'possibly' order them again, but there's no guarantee they will come back looking like tortoise frames, but other than that, there's not much they can do. Hyatt was amazing! Very knowledgeable and not pushy on products that we didn’t need. It’s always a pleasure coming to her! All the doctors have been great.
