Overall, I would say the new office space is very good/clean. The staff seemed to be very customer service oriented. The eye exams went well for me and my husband, no complaints. I would say, there's always room for improvement. I would say hire a part-time eye doctor to come in periodically during the week! I would make sure there's two doctors on site during the weekends. The new location is nice.
I went to LensCrafters for a comprehensive eye exam and I was very pleased! I was brought back within minutes of arriving. The young woman who did my pre tests was really friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Then, I saw Dr. Libengood who was wonderful! She was also very friendly and addressed all of my concerns. She got my lens rx and helped me with an issue I was having with my left eye. She was very knowledgeable and helped me understand everything.
