I was so happy to get an appointment right away. When we arrived the staff was very attentive and friendly. The store was beautiful.. We were greeted by a young man that helped us with our insurance. Then Dr. Kang gave a thorough eye exam and explained and helped me understand the transition my eyes are going through now that im a little older. Then a young lady helped me pick out the perfect frames for my face.. I had a great experience.. My niece and I will definitely recommend Lens Crafters to friends and family..
I did not like my experience there. I am the person with the eye sight. She was so much in a hurry to get things done and was not polite to me.
Staff was friendly and efficient, was a good experience overall keep it up Lenscrafters
