My experience was AWESOME! Dr. Kang explained the results of my eye exam completely so I was able to understand and explained the entire process as we were going through the exam completely. Ms. Dawn, the manager assisted me in getting my glasses set up for my new prescription. She also explained the process completely and discovered I had coupons and applied them to my order. She was very nice and patient with me as we went through this process. She was also very knowledgeable about everything eyewear!
Dr. Kang and the staff were great. Everybody was very professional and friendly. I didn't feel pressured to spend extra and was happy with the experience.
