I had to revisit the store after my first appointment because the rep put in incorrect prices for my glasses and contacts, even though my insurance stated differently. I had to go and pull my own insurance information and bring it back to the manager for things to be corrected. I don't understand how she gave me the wrong pricing because the manager even had a printout of the free lenses and free progressive lens. Walked in and the staff I was greeted by staff. Very pleasant and friendly. The process was extremely smooth and everyone was so helpful. Walked out needing glasses. Which I figured I did. lol! But it was an amazing experience. This was my first eye exam. I was a little scared but the Doctor made me very comfortable and assured me there was nothing to be afraid of. Thank you to all the staff at LensCrafters, I appreciate the warm welcome and service.
Very thorough eye examination with multiple choices of frames and lens. The staff is also very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and my appointment was timely. Love this place.
