My annual eye exam today was an excellent experience. From Kaye who expertly and knowledgeably performed a couple of important eye tests to Dr. DeFever who is able to expertly diagnose and zero in on any changes in my vision to Candice who with her flare for style, excellent customer service skills and knowledge helped me choose a new pair of glasses that I am pleased with. Thank you LensCrafters-Grosse Pointe for a great experience today.
Customer service was rather good they served me rather well. The only problem I had is that cuz I'm there Saturday couldn't tent my lenses because it would affect my lenses.
Best experience I've ever had visiting an eye doctor for an eye exam. Highly recommend.
