Save yourself the frustration and avoid the LensCrafters location at the Fox River Mall in Appleton. The staff's customer service was deeply unprofessional. When I asked basic, reasonable questions about my wife's bill, I was talked down to and treated with outright scorn. There is no excuse for treating paying customers with such contempt over simple inquiries. We will not be returning to this store. Specifically the woman behind the main counter was rude, condescending, and was very unprofessional.
My Doctor was very friendly and thorough! I am very satisfied with the care and explanation that she gave me. We love Dr Wilde!
