First off the foreign Russian sounding lady running the front desk there was extremely rude the entire time throughout the whole process and became very pushy for me to buy contacts from them. When I declined she became angry and made a snooty comment saying " then we are done here today, goodbye". A week later I get an email for an estimate to buy contacts from them and I just ignored it. Bremisa was fantastic, helped me with getting prescription emailed to me from the records. Thank you. Excellent customer service on her part!!!
Please dont go there, they charge 3 times more than after insurance. We have many other better optometrists choices available near by.
Billed me FIVE TIMES my insurance copay, and blamed Covid.
