I had a 10am appointment, as soon as they opened. Everyone was kind and welcoming. Ms. Melody was so patient and caring as she helped me find my frames. I believe her name was Ashley who did my eye exam. She explained everything and made me feel comfortable. The entire staff pitched in to ensure I left their store satisfied. I had a lovely experience and 10/10 recommend this location to others.
