Great customer service. The assistant who did the initial screenings was very pleasant. She took her time and explained everything to me thoroughly. The virtual optometrist did well, however, I don't feel like she was as personable as the optometrist I saw last year. The Office Manager is very helpful and she made some great recommendations of eyewear best suited for my face.
Our experience at LensCrafters was great, start to finish! Jessica, Taryn, and Allie (sorry if any names are misspelled in there!) were all great; they were welcoming, informative, and caring! Thanks, LensCrafters!
The Optometrist and Doctor were SUPER friendly. The purchasing experience of the actual frames was very pleasant as well. Can't wait to pick them up.
