I was well attended to at the lens centre on Austin street starting with the pre-examination where I was explained to, every step of the way. The Doctor too was very friendly and ensured that my concerns were clearly explained and the way forward. Highly recommended....
Very friendly and professional staff.
Great experience with front desk and doctor. However there was a female worker who was sitting and looking at her phone in the only seat left for customers. That was rude and it appears she needs better training in in customer relations.
Absolutely fantastic, I was treated respectfully. And the price didn't break my wallet. The dr answered all my questions, was very satisfied
