If you have a loved one in need of mental health care, I strongly advise against placing them at this facility. Based on my experience, the care provided is severely inadequate. Patients appear to be excessively medicated to the point of significant impairment. My loved one has become largely incoherent, is missing meals due to overmedication, and has gone several days without proper hygiene. Sadly I can not give this hospital in Breman Indiana less than one. Their staff is extremely rude, don't return calls. I have the names of two of the doctors, one is the medical director and one is a PA. Avoid this place at all costs.

doctor khan saw me for 30 seconds both days I saw him at the 5 day stay. He completely stopped my 3mg of klonipin which could have killed me and theNP stopped mymethadone which sent me into withdrawal. I had 2 seizures, but was never even checked on( they’re supposed to check on us every 15 minutes but would fill out the paperwork before going into they’re shift. My roommate had 85% oxygen, I hope she survives. She never even attempted anything, only considered suicide but we were kept up night after night from outbursts of ... read more

Do NOT send your family member here!!! They abused my grandmother by breaking her sternum & spine by abusing her while staying there causing her to die. I have scans from the hospital prior to her stay & immediately following me getting her out of there. She was abused the entire time. They prey on substance abuse & mental health patients so that they are unreliable witnesses. They have been accused of emotional, physical & sexual abuse. Believe me - they are guilty of it.
