I can get an appt quickly usually same day if needed, and if I need any testing they can usually do it within the week and in the office... all great stuff in a doctors office. Staff is really nice. Only downside, you do tend to wait awhile. The staff is generally really young and tend to all stand around and chat (I want to get in and out of really any dr's appt's) so that is kind of annoying, even the dr at times does that.
