I was treated with dignity and compassion by everyone I encountered. I was seen on time - something I have never experienced in DIC OP. Dept! Despite being the last patient on that day's list, and the consultant due in theater at 18:30, examination and procedure were explained thoroughly and I never felt 'rushed along' X-ray dept. was rather busy, which resulted in a 40 mins waiting time, for which received several apologies. Everything you come to expect from Doctors Immediate Care, nice clean room, good en-suite no complaints at all, Very central, easy access from public transports. The treatment was punctual, efficient and painless. Good results, attentive and polite staff. All went on well; therefore I definitely recommend this clinic.

I must say the staff and treatment I received at Doctors immediate care was absolutely fantastic, from the cleanerâ??s right up to the brilliant consultant who was brave enough to tackle my knees (I was born with a condition & had numerous operations on my legs). I would truly recommend Doctors immediate care to everyone, the care and aftercare you get is first class, from first class staff, Thank you!

Having read some of the negative reviews I can only comment that I have always found reception and clinical staff polite and helpful, and I have been registered with the clinic for many years. I feel clinical staff listen to me and consistently provide support and where appropriate onward referral. A professional practice.

Great to be able to book blood tests here with the nurse instead of waiting for ages at a hospital. Have 2 kids and have found the open access surgery great when one of them is suddenly ill. Have seen most of the doctors and all have been fine, some with a more friendly patient manner than others but all very respectful. The weight and blood pressure machine is very handy for keeping track of your health. I haven't used online booking of appointments but it is available. I am very happy to be a Doctors immediate care, Patient... You can book appointments on line or turn up to the open access 08.30am - 10.30am,, I have found the medical staff and the administration to be 100%. Professional and very polite... Yes you may have to wait to see an open access, and yes many patients on a Monday could go to a chemist, who may be able to offer, help...

The consultant is by far the most genuine caring doctor I have ever met and the staffs all sing their praises too. The nurses were so attentive and one has kept me entertained in the early hours of the morning. All the staff who work here are wonderful and caring. Great team and just fantastic all round.

Courteous without being overbearing. Pleasantly informal. Highly knowledgeable. Most importantly, an excellent outcome. Definitely have to go here. The surgeons are very reassuring and the care is top quality. Highly recommended for anyone who lives in or near and for anyone staying in the area as well.
