Alway very efficient, the staff friendly and kind.
Can you get some "clean" forms for us to fill out? All the spaces had correction tape over the signature and date areas. Even better would be prepopulated forms for us to just checks d confirm the I formation.
I have called three times, 2 times leaving messages for a call back within 24 to 48 hours! What a joke 7 days later no response. The one time I did get through their system was down and again was to get a call back for an appointment for mammogram and bone density. That was Tuesday and today is Friday no call back. I will try again.
