Great place for PT. Jerome and Jessie are the best!
The receptionists are rude and take a very long time to register each patient.. very poor service. 2 hours just to be able to register!! And the you have to wait again for whatever test you're doing..
Waiting 3 hours just for MRI very slow service
Terrible customer service. The receptionists (both) we’re in no hurry to register people... the lab techs must have been bored; it was a very slow turnover rate.
Very rude receptionist. I was embarrassed in the presence of my children. They recognized her demeanor towards me and asked why she treated me like I was stupid. Never going there again.
