Regarding Third floor Nurse station / Ortho: I purchased (in person) a gift at the gift shop. I watched them wrap it and walk out the door to deliver it to my sister on the third floor. It was signed for and accepted, yet never delivered. The nurse on the third floor (Jesse) cut me off repeatedly in the conversation, would not let me speak and even said okay let me give you to the unit manager.
