RecommendedMy husband was sent to DH from Emcompss rehab. His heart rate was up to 204 with blood pressure very low he passed out.The ER staff was right on him and so polite they admitted him to the hospital where they did a cardio version and saved my husbands life.. He was in SMH for 5 days for pneumonia then to Emcompss where he got worse then to DH. You will be hearing from us after he is fully recovered. The staff on the 5th floor is the best ( John and Allen) Thank you Doctors Hospital for giving me my husband back. Carla
great customer service skills
a man wearing a suit that read Paramedic killed my grandmother there. She went in with stomach ache and was alive and breathing on her own. They took her out of the ER to leave her in a room over night , they told us to wait so we couldn't see her for a few minutes. The man that transferred her laid her on the back instead of leaning forward so she can breath better , well she couldn't and went into cardiac arrest, we never saw her alive again and she never saw us again. The hospital had an employee kill my grandmother. He laid her back and she couldn't breath properly and she died. I will never forget what they did. They didn't allow us to go in with her after transferring from ER? They did that so the guy can kill her and finish her.If they tell you that you can't be with your loved one take them out of there or call the police or news station as soon as possible.
My oldest daughter was rear ended tonight and I brought my 17 year old daughter and my 2 year old grandson in to get checked out since they were in the car with my oldest daughter. Everyone from the door greater , check in lady, triage man, nurses, and Drs were outstanding and gave us the best care and attention even though all the rooms were full. Had surgery here and everything went smooth, team checked on me frequently. Very caring.
Never in a million years. I’d crawl to Memorial on bloody stumps before I’d set foot in that place again. My husband was admitted for severe abdominal pain and they addressed that but refused (for a WEEK) to diagnose or treat a secondary issue. Causing him extreme pain. Torture really. Two weeks of hell. Then they practically shove us out the door and neglect to mention they have a Covid19 case. We still haven’t been contacted. Been seating in emergency room for an hour and nobody come to ask me what happen. What a bad service??
My experience was very good from Check in to release. Don’t have the names of all responsible for my care while there but some I would like to name. BIG Thanks to Dr. Koshy for his handling of my situation. Thanks to check in, Cath lab, Pre-op nurse Sharon. A special thanks Post -op nurse Lourdes Manning for her smile, personality and great care!
