I had a great experience with my MRI exam this morning. I greatly appreciate Luis the technician that attended me. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was a bit nervous when I arrived about having to go in the MRI machine, since I am claustrophobic. Luis gave me a pair of glasses to wear during my exam, showed me how to adjust them and told me to just look through them and reassured me that I would be able to do it and not feel anything. Everyone was very helpful and in less than hour I had registered, done my CT scan and heading home.
Wonderful service from check in, registration to cat scan. All individuals were efficient, effective, and professional.
Flora, my respiratory therapist, was professional in every way. She was informative, made feel at home, just very nice. All therapist staff were equally hospitable and considerate.
