Just had an appointment where they were going to “work something out “with extended warranty. But instead they wanted to sell me a new set. Very disappointed that this office is tired of my “maintenance requests” on ear buds they fitted for me. I explained I was going to buy the warranty in new year and they said ok. But now offer conveniently not offered.

We have know Doc Cathy Miller since 2001. She has been an excellent provider of the best hearing care. She cares about her clients, and works to help every one of us to hear the best we can. I am 96 this year and know that Doc Cathy takes very good care of my hearing,my equipment, and always schedules appointments to change tubes and make sure everything is in good working order. She always has time for her clients. We are delighted to know Doc Cathy, and now Doc Lauren. Thank you.
These folks are the very best in the hearing care field. I have been a repeat customer for well over 10 years. Dr. Kathy, Kim and Lauren are professional, knowledgeable, helpful and understanding of my need of hearing aids. They have helped me enjoy family time, watching TV, music concerts and even listening to the radio by fitting me with hearing aids that are custom-programmed for my hearing deficit.
