My experience was above and beyond what I expected. All four women at the front desk had the best personalities. They were sweet and very kind. Especially one that really stood out (wish I remembered her name). But, she made feel like we knew each other forever, not just for a couple of minutes. My actual appointment ended with great news. Been going to the practice for years and everyone there is just wonderful, caring and attentive. Most recently saw Abby Orlansky and she saved me from the agony of a terrible case of poison ivy. Wouldn't think of going to any other practice. She was wonderful.

I have been a patient with CC&CD for just over a year now and I am beyond happy with my experience here.Everyone in the office I have interacted with is polite/friendly, and helpful. I have generally had a good experience at the center. However, I just discovered that the dermatologist submitted my one of my adult children for $2000 of lab work without informing them that it would be costly and giving them the opportunity to decline. They had signed the form acknowledging that there may be additional charges from lab procedures, and I understand that the dermatologist cannot specify how much the lab will charge.
