I was very pleased with the friendliness and apparent (to me) competence of the people at the practice. They handled a couple of follow-up questions I had to clarify my concerns, which included moving a follow-up appointment forward to address a change in the treatment.

I absolutely loved the professional and helpful information from Linda St. Jean, a licensed medical aesthetician. She was very helpful, listened to my concerns and her service was wonderful! I highly recommend her for any type of facial. Great that she is with the dermatologists.

I have been seeing Linda, esthetician in this practice for almost a year. She is incredibly amazing. I leave here every time with my skin feeling younger and the treatments are wonderful. She takes the time to educate me and ensure that I am feeling comfortable and OK with everything. My skin has continuously improved. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is a gem

Upon entering the office, I was greeted by, I believe her name was Robin, who exhibited exceptional professionalism and friendliness. She engaged me in a series of questions regarding my visit. After a brief interval, I met Dr. Steel, who conducted the most comprehensive body scan I have ever experienced. Her demeanor was both pleasant and courteous. She thoroughly explained the findings based on the questions I posed. Notably, she had identified an area on my leg and excised a sample for laboratory examination.

I visit Dr. Steel for regular skin checks, and she's caught two early cases of basal cell carcinoma. She and her staff are always patient with my questions, caring, and kind. The office is efficient and always seems to run on time; I don't think I've ever sat in the waiting room or waited for the doctor in the exam room for more than 5 minutes.
