I went to this hospital, with a leg infection and this hospital did nothing for me. They allowed me to leave, only to be admitted into another hospital the very next day. I almost lost my leg, because of a staphylococcus and mersa virus. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone!!

this place really needs some fixing to do. First off I felt like I was rushed out of this place and didnt recieve the proper care I needed. Second the whole thing just flew right past me in a blink of an eye. They need to take there time with there patients and explain in layman's terms whats going on. Thirdly they need to explain the papers they give us in a more proper manner instead of just throwing them at me and mumbling what they are and then quickly moving on to the next thing. bad ser5vice – this hospitals emergency stinks spend 5 hours there and still didnt see a doctor.we left never being treated they are always too busy, maybe they need more staff.

$400 for a chest xray!!! – My doctor sent me this hospital to get a chest xray. I drove up, walked in and got the xray. Imagine my surprise when a month later I got $389 bill for it. I had similar xray done at a local xray place for $110 and at an urgent care place for my son I only paid $55 for the same chest lateral and frontal views. My insurance paid $160, they insisted on collecting the rest from me. MS Diagnosed; Inaccurate Treatment – I brought my son in for treatment on wed. He complained of arm pain. Prior to this visit he had surgery in MN. Back in November for a number of breaks and fractures in his arm. He has hardware in his arm. The car accident he was in also broke ribs and his back; punctured a lung and internal bleeding of two other organs. He has smoked heroin in the past and has been clean for over a month. Not recommended for Heart Issues – I was referred to this hospital ER by my new family doctor. I was having symptoms that could have been heart related. ER cardialogist wanted to do a heart catherization test because of my condition, lab reports and family history. This didn't happen. I overheard the Dr. I saw saying if she were at Riverside we could do the test now and not wait until Mon. I was admitted on a Friday & scheduled for stress test on Mon. First Time for a long Time. – Doctors Hospital Family Practice Center 1 First time for a long time. I feel the office staff here are very callous and unconcerned about their patients problems. The Office Manager ( I think ) yanked my cell phone and phone charger from the waiting room wall and handed it to me saying "you can't do that here". :( She wore her ID badge backward so I couldn't see her name and grinned when she noticed me trying to see it.
