From the eye exams and checkups to being able to get in stock contacts the same day and beautiful Tom Ford prescription glasses that I received less than a week I am very pleased with the service and amazing staff ! This was my first time here in Sylvan Lake as we just moved here 8 months ago. The office is very clean, friendly staff from reception to eye care staff like Candy and Haley to the Doctor Allred answered all questions they made me feel no question was silly and made me feel welcome. Dr. Chalmers and Kristin at the Red Deer South office have been extremely kind, patient and helpful with my mother's vision challenges this past 6 weeks. My mother's prescription changed within 2 weeks due to a macular degeneration injection, and they replaced her lenses without question or additional cost. Then when she wasn't able to adjust to bi-focal lenses they again agreed to do a replacement.
