Dr. Chalmers and Kristin at the Red Deer South office have been extremely kind, patient and helpful with my mother's vision challenges this past 6 weeks. My mother's prescription changed within 2 weeks due to a macular degeneration injection, and they replaced her lenses without question or additional cost. Then when she wasn't able to adjust to bi-focal lenses they again agreed to do a replacement. The staff is great, Hayley the Optometric Assistant has a great eye. I love my new places and so happy she recommended them. She also was very thorough in explaining the lens type.
