follow the diet it works
I've lost a total of 70 lbs with this program. I could've lost more if I'd done everything I was supposed to do. Nothing else was working for me until I started this program. If you committ to it it will work. I have no complaints and feel so much better about myself.
This is ridiculous! Weigh in and see doctor in less than 20 minutes. Now I've been sitting here for 40 minutes waiting on the pills with absolutely no explanation on why it takes so long!
They are convenient, i like that u dont have to have insurance even tho i do..but at my doc it would cost me $50 for a visit,then $35 for my meds then $18 for a b12 shot..thats $103.00 verses $51...but i wish they would get better scales,seems like they would have more precise scales..they have some cheap $20 scales that are on an unlevel carpeted floor..
