Reviewing as a disappointed daughter of a patient. You would not go here if you are trying to diagnose a condition. They only try to help manage the condition by suggesting products for treatment until you hit the lotto.
This place is pathetic. Horrible experience, if I could give 0 stars I would. First I called before hand to ask if a family member other than myself could take my brother in because I had to work. (Family member) goes in and they start asking for documentation like a letter stating another person can take patient in other than legal guardian and to email the court order. I tried to have a procedure done there but the front staff are very unprofessional, when I had a question about my insurance coverage they don't give you a straight answer and they like to talk over you with out listening to you, I went to another provider.
The person at reception is the worst. This morning, when I checked out after my appointment, she told me they sent my prescription to the pharmacy, so go to the pharmacy to pick it up. So I went to the pharmacy, but they said they didn't have a prescription yet. I went to the pharmacy again in this afternoon. Nothing has arrived yet. So I called this clinic and they said they were sorry they hadn't sent it yet and that they would send it right away.
