I want to give a RISE shout out to the wonderful Sierra Fuller at this location! She worked diligently with me, my doctor, and the insurance company to ensure that my new health insurance from my employer would cover an alternative GLP-1 option. Despite numerous denials she was able to provide additional information to relay to the insurance company how important and needed this medication was for me. I had a 9:30 appt normally I don’t take my child with me to my appts but because of school being closed I had no other choice. I didn’t think that it would be a big deal because I received a confirmation text from the office which also included that one person may come to the appt with you. Nonetheless , I get there and it’s a older lady that everytime I go or call I hate talking to her she’s always soooo rude and dismissive.
