Total scam! Free covid test is going to cost me $572.58 Never got the bill. I guess we all paid for it with our tax dollars.

This is scam, My wife tested covid for free in Lake zurich location, and insurance said they billed 3 invoices for total$1000, I owe them $185?? This is totally scam...Legal department should take care it ....and do not cheat the people

This place is bigtime scam…they pay people to allow them to use their information and perform fake covid test. I got my test once and i got results 4 times. I called the lab and after hours of hold i was informed i did 4 tests on different dates…I am like when??? So they reuse your info once you provide it 1st time. BIG SCAM THEY ARE TRYING TO BE RICH WITH OUR HARD EARNED MONEY & TAXES.

Went to a bensenville location Test came back quick.No PCR but doesn’t matter.I was Positive and sick like a dog for days.Thank You for the fast service.Location closed now.

This place is a total scam. I had my family tested to ensure the safety and well-being of aging family members who are very nervous about COVID. My family has not gotten results despite it being a week since being tested. I have sat on hold for over two and a half hours with their customer service line until my phone died and was still told that I had another hour to wait. Every time I call the wait is over two hours and only gets longer as you sit on hold. This place should be investigated. Update: Never received any result... read more
