a month ago I had a conversation with the girl about my medication being call in to the pharmacy and she kept telling me she was going to do it now and she never did it she kept telling me that that was 2 months ago she never did call in the prescriptions to the pharmacy.
The staff SUCKS!!! No accountability no where. Profanity heard over the telephone line. I called back and let them know that they don’t have to worry about my mother ever coming back. I Can never reach them on the phone. My mother is very ill and they ALWAYS mess up her prescriptions, sending them to the wrong pharmacies, not sending the correct medications to pharmacies. Dr. Priti needs to do better.
Absolutely love the staff , I am always able to get my meds on time and my appointments are always scheduled before I leave each visit , Love the young lady that works the front desk she is always nice and sweet.
It's so nice having Clarita back. I want to start by thanking Dr. Bhardwaj for bringing Clarita back. Clarita is so caring and her taking time to really explain why she is doing something or why she thinks something is something you so rarely see nowadays. Most of the time doctor's are overlooking and not spending any time with the patient. I am really starting to love my office people, now, too. It took time to adjust, but they are doing a great job. Thank you for being the team who cares!
Completely unprofessional! They do not answer the phones at all, my son has had seizures because of not being able to get prescription and was told to find a new doctor when a complaint was made, they do NOT care about their paitents at this office.
