Would not recommend. I've lived here 2 years and the elevator goes out in the summer time at minimum once a week! They keeping putting bandaids on the problem instead of getting it fixed. No amenities at all! HOA just voted for ppl to not only pay a non-refundable move in fee, but also, a $500 move OUT fee. Getting in touch with property management is also almost impossible. Find another building in the area to move into.
This building is NOT ideal. No amenities, the elevator in building 1910. At the time of this review there is a $500 move in and out fee. NONREFUNDABLE! Just please do your due diligence on this building.
Great place to park your car if you want your catalytic converter stolen!
Great area in south loop. Love the atmosphere and the community area!
