They used to be very good, but after the last management take-over, they are now totally worthless. They assign you people who do nothing more than give you the same information you previously got from your provider. On top of this their phone service says they have a disconnected telephone number so you can never get through to anyone. This is one time I'd rather have no one than the services of this totally dysfunctional and incompetent home care outfit. I will never use or recommend them again.

This agency does not give adequate care, does not have staffing. HR and training are disasterous.

Extremely happy we were referred to Doctor’s Choice by Ormond Medical Arts. Our therapist Nick is exceptional at his job and has been friendly, kind and caring with helping rehabilitate an 81yo who has been having mobility issues after a battle with cancer.

Human Resources Department is a mess! They need a new management team!! They have failed their audits several times. The employer retention rate is very low. Low compensation. Lots of unprofessional chatting about employees in the HR department. The HR office was crowded and disorganized all the time. Old working space for their employees (broken chairs, tiny desks, ect).

Our Case Manager for my 96 year old Father Cheryl has been most amazing. She has worked and continues to work with my Dad on his home Rehabilitation. Anyone lucky enough to have her assigned to tjier case are sure to be in kind empathetic,knowledgeable and professional hands. Thank you for all Dr Choice has done to aid in his recovery. Truly God sent
