Home health Care was set up for me through my insurance company. I was told that Doctor’s Choice would be providing my wound care and a nurse would be coming out the following day. Days went by and I never received a call. It has been almost a week and I have heard nothing. I have dealt with the situation accordingly but am shocked at the lack of care and concern from this company. Wound care and infection are very serious and to not provide the care agreed upon is absolutely unacceptable.

When they came to my home, both for my wife and myself (post surgical care), these folks were golden.

Led me to think that they were in network and that there would be no charge for the services. As I had home health before and there were no charges (different company) I had no reason to check them out. Also at that time I was very sick and thought they had been approved by my insurance. The treatment was in December 2015. The bill I received this January was for $792. I did not know they were out of network until I tried to find out why I am being billed.
