I was given the incorrect medication because the CNA "guessed" which one I took instead of looking back at what had been filled previously. I called 3 times and left PRIORITY messages and no one returned my calls. I had to go to the pharmacy and ask them to call the clinic. That was yesterday morning, and I still have not heard from them. Guess they want to be sued for giving out wrong medication? Why do you let people leave messages on the weekend if you do not listen to them?

I had to visit this place yesterday for my toe. I asked the receptionist if I have to sign in, and she tells me "no", so I give her my insurance and i.d., and hands me paperwork to fill out. So, because No sign in, after waiting about an 1/30 minutes, someone else got called before me, and he arrived after me. I complained that I was there before him and told recepionist if I WOULD HAVE SIGNED IN, SHE WOULD SEE THAT I WAS THERE BEFORE HIM! FINALLY, get called, then triage process, then wait in room. Went to the Saratoga location and horrible customer service ! They ladies in the front we so rude and to busy in their conversation then rather checking how much my co pay would of have been. So I just left. No thank you never going there again!
