Great Doctors, all of them!!! I'm very happy with this practice. Once I visited, I've never left. 👍 🤒 🤧
Very uncompetitive billing department, not understanding well that I was there for, Anual visit and they coded as a pain visit and vacation... never met the real doctor and the np need a lot more university education.
Stuck in the middle still, have had pleasant encounters and not so pleasant encounters but not a bad doctor office
I have been going here for a few years now. I’ve always had great care and the office staff has been great until recently. I went in for a check up and paid my copay. A week later I received a bill from them for my last office visit. I called my insurance company to see what the issue was and they informed me that the doctor’s office used the incorrect billing code. So I have now been calling them to only be able to leave a message that is if the voicemail box isn’t full.
The medical service is great, but the billing is absolutely hopeless. Bill comes without insurance applied but the number provided to deal with billing has no-one answering it and the answering machine is full. Worse than 3rd world service.
