I contacted my new doctor to request a report for my new treatment since I'm moving, and also to ask for the name of the medication I take. I waited about 30 minutes. No one answered. I called again. I waited another 25 minutes and received no answer. I just need a report on my treatment and the written medication so I can see a new doctor. This was really bad.
All the staff from the receptionist to the doctor on time and on schedule. Very efficient treated me with respect and kindness. Thank you.
I was seen by Dr. W. James, and I was blown away from his bedside manner and compassion. Usually if the patient is young w/o particular medical hx, they just gross over with barely doing any exams. But he listened to my concerns without judgement and have given me proper care. Front desk and all staffs involved with my care were wonderful and personable-- I found this establishment on a whim and honestly I'm quite pleased for my overall experience!
This was my primary office and all of their numbers have shut down with no message being sent to their clients. I now have to go to a new doctor to get my medications.
