Service is 'OK' billing is not. Very recently, I was not informed of the facility switching to a third party billing company, until it went to collections. The clerk or assistant at the front notified me of the bill and I agreed to pay half of the balance there, that did not work either. I am now skeptical of their overall practice the Dr. does not seem to be listening to all of what is going on in certain situations.
