Please do not go here if you have other options!!! I’ll pick the ER before here. They are slow and nonchalant. I’m from out of state got an ear infection. I lost hearing in one of my ears and this was the closest urgent care to my location. I arrived at 1pm. The time is currently 4:17 and I still haven’t been seen. I asked twice for a wait time and kept being told when the next person comes out. I asked for my refund and was told they don’t do same day refunds 🤦🏽♀️.
