Very Frustrated- my little baby (9 months old) had a very visible double ear infection while on vacation in N Myrtle Beach. We went to Doctors Care N Myrtle beach (phoned ahead, confirmed availability etc.). On arrival we had to fill in multiple forms (as expected). We then had to wait 4.5 HOURS to be seen by a doctor.... the wait, with a very uncomfortable, in pain, infant is excruciating! RecommendedI have Pulmonary Fibrosis and as part of my care, I needed a steroid shot today but was hours from my primary physician. The Doctor's Care team took every precaution, having patients sign in, then wait in their car for a text when it was time to see the doctor. I had worried about leaving my home during the Covid-19 crisis. I was immensly relieved when I saw the precautions this facility has implemeted to keep patients and the care team safe.
Dr. Rhoades was hilarious and totally checked out my ankle to see if I had any breaks or fractures. Thank god it was only a sprain. Giving 5🌟 The nurses and lady checking me in was very friendly. I recommend anyone from out of town with injuries. Come here
Worst place ever . Was told wait time would be an hour it wasn’t . After an hour and a half without any sign of being our turn we left went to cvs minute clinic was in and out less than 20 minutes including getting prescriptions filled . The customer service here is horrible. They don’t seem to care and it shows !! Never again !! I’d restart go to the ER !!! Zero stars if it would let me 😡😡😡😡😡
On vacation, and of course I get sick. The staff here was pleasant, I was in and out in an hour. The doctor I saw was thorough and professional. I recommend Doctor's Care.

On vacation and my 8-month-old grandson became ill. Took him to see Dr Williams and he took great care of him. That made us all feel better. Thank you for the great service!!!
Wouldn't even give 1 star-Bad experience-had terrible earache and 2.5 hours later was sent home with no relief or meds. After sleepless, painful night and $100 later went to CVS minute Clinic NMB and they immediately diagnosed me and prescribed meds for infection. FYI-after your long wait to see Doctor plan on waiting back in waiting room for 20 minutes or more before you leave-I waited and was informed they send all their accounting overseas and you have to sit and wait for your itemization from China to pay your bill!
