After being billed for services not rendered I visited the Moncks Corner Doctors Care on 1/24/25 to discuss and hopefully remedy the situation. However, after a promise that the office manager would assist me and after nearly 40 minutes of waiting, I respectfully re-approached a staff member working the desk area to request that someone please remind the office manager that I was still waiting to discuss the situation.
