This Doctor's Care was just amazing. I went in with no appointment and was finished in an hour and a half. The receptionist is sweet, calm, soothing, and most patient. The nurse, Susan, went out of her way to make me feel comfortable as quickly as possible. She stayed by my side until the diagnosis was complete. Then the doctor arrived and explained my problem and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this facility.
RecommendedMy husband thought he broke his foot while on vacation. The staff was amazing! They provided excellent customer service and kindness while adhering to the COVID19 guidelines. We were in and out in an hour even with an X-ray. Extremely pleased!
this place is awful. they make you get up several times and wait hours before being seen. do not come here if you are sick or in need of care. awful place. awful service.
Ugh. Would not recommend. 3 hour wait for care. No tissues in the waiting room, no paper towels in the bathroom. No TV to watch. They could do so much better.
Not all Doctor's Care are created equally, however, this one has always been amazing to me and my family, today was no exception! We were in and out in a flash! The receptionist was warm, friendly, & personable. The nurse did a great job at treating my soon to be 21 year old, as an adult rather than focusing on me like some adults tend to do, without realizing it. Went on a Sunday was in terrible pain the doctor was literally in my room 1 minute walked out told me I had stomatitis and there was nothing they could give me except mouth wash. I continued to be in horrible pain so on Tuesday decided to go to my family doctor. He says I was completely Misdiagnosed and has given me 3 medications along with a mouthwash that actually numbs me. I am so disappointed and had to pay more than expected! I will not be going back here!
They open early (huge plus) and the doctor and staff are great
Super fast and very friendly staff. They were very busy, but got to me in a timely manner. I was on vacation and they sent my prescriptions to the pharmacy near my vacation house
I haven't been or had a primary doctor in sooooo long, I finally have health insurance (thanks Obamacare) and was able to be seen by Dr.Varney! He was awesome, and seems very concerned with your well-being. I also have switched my little brother(11yrs old) here , he was very kid-friendly and got him an inhaler for his asthma very quickly! I have no complaints about him nor my service so far! Always, fast and sufficient
