No doctor on staff when I stopped by today. Only a nurse, who was unable to even do a simple COVID test.
I came to this doctors care office previously , check in process was quick and I was see pretty fast back in June . However today I was waiting in the lobby for over a hour before I was even called back to retrieve my license when there was only one person ahead of me. I don’t understand what was slowing down the process but I can’t comprehend why I was waiting so long. However once I went to the back service was outstanding.
I’ve been a nurse of 30 years I’ve worked with different providers some difficult, some kind, some listened to the patients needs and understood, some compassionate but this PA really concerned me. I asked our daughter to go here but it was such a mistake. The worst place we’ve ever been too. I would not recommend anyone coming here. We paid $199 only to be told they can’t help a nasty infect bite. Not only were we told this but the PA was extremely sarcastic. Long wait times was another issue.
